RFE not yet received!

RFE for my entire family was generated on 6/21. I received my RFE more than a week ago. RFE for wife and kid not yet received.

Called USCIS and they said call back after 30 days.

Anyone encountered similar issue? What to do here about the non received RFE?

I also went thru a similar situation. I got an e-mail that RFE was issued for my wife and daughter. My lawyer did not get any letter. After a few days I got an e-mail that I was issued with an RFE. my lawyer got the letter in 2 days. I responded after about a month and kept the pressure on my lawyer about the RFE for my wife and daughter. After a month (from the intial RFE) my lawyer sent an level 2 inquiry. I got the approval for all of us a week after the inquiry. Obviously there was no RFE issued for my wife and daughter.

Even I am thinking there is no RFE for wife and kid but you never know......

Called up USCIS since 14 days passed, they said call back after a month.
