RFE not received???

Hi Folks

Am I the only one who didn't receive the RFE even after 14 days (RFE Date 5 November 2003) ???
should I or my attorney call BCIS now?
Is anybody's situation similar to me?

Any inputs are appreciated

It is not unusual to get a letter from BCIS after the said date. I presume that you haven't changed your address after you filed your case.
My RFE was also sent on the same date (5th of Sep 2003) and
my attorney received it around 16th or 17th of Sep.
So don't panic and give another couple of days and I am sure
you can raise your voice after that. But make sure from your attorney that he is keeping a watch. In my case I didn't receive
the RFE letter but the attorney. I am not sure if this is the case with everybody.
