RFE not received

Hi,

Online status says RFE issued on Nov 20th.

Lawer has not received this yet.

Does someone know, How to get it.

Wait for 14 days

and if still not received then your lawyer should call INS and ask for reissue of the RFE. It looks like already 14 days have passed so the call can be made already.

How long it takes to get it again.

Should have been received within a week. Only option is to call INS (you or lawyer, better lawyer) and request a copy.

It happened to me

and it took one month for the RFE to reach the attorney's office after requesting for the reissue. We lost our RFE due to the fact that my incompetent attorneys had moved their offices and failed to inform INS.

It takes any time from 4 days to 2 weeks.

Get your attorney to call the INS and request for a copy or ask him to send a fax or both.

My rfe for nov 16ht was received on nov 20th.
but a previous H1 rfe took 2 weeks from CSC to SJC
