RFE not received yet. Help needed

REF was issued on July, 07th 2003. Attorney has not received the RFE yet. We contacted National Customer Service to get more information and to let them know that 14 days have passed and we have not received the RFE. But the response from them was discouraging. They said, we have wait for 30days and give them a call again to look into the matter. What are our options now other than waiting? Can we get any help from local BCIS – we are from New Hampshire. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Well Keep trying and if u get hold of an helpful officer, it would help you as you wait for the RFE...!!

Even My RFE was missed. This was my lawyers mistake. Moved to a new location never informed BCIS about it. Talked to customer service, she took my details send a new request to vermont. I don't know whether it is going to work or not.

Please share your experience with senator. Thinking to contact one.
