RFE NOT Received, Talked to IIO.

I did not received my RFE thas was supposed sent to me las Decemeber 10, 2002. I talked to IIO twice & he told me to wait. Then I called again last Monday & the IIO told me that she will tell her supervisor, She also instructed me to send a Fax letter which I did too. Now my case as shown online is: "not found at this time"

Anybody with similar situation?
