RFE NOT RECEIVED -- Should I start worrying?

USCIS has issued RFE on my I485 on March 19. I checked with my old and new laywers. Both of them have not received the RFE letter yet from USCIS.

So should I start worrying? or wait for some more time?

If you were I, what would you do in this case?

No

Do not be worried. These take some time particularly if they have to go through multiple lawyers. My RFE issued on 03/15 was not received till 03/26. Atleast thats what the lawyer says. So definitely be patient.

I read the thread you started. You mentioned about 2 lawyers. My question is how it went to your old lawyer? Did your new lawyer file G-28?

I also changed my lawyer and got them to file G-28. So I 'm curious who will be receiving my RFE.

Changing attorney's...the new attorney should receive the RFE.

Does the new attorney receive any acknowledgement after filing G-28?

No... I haven't heard any thing from lawyer about the G-28 ack.

USCIS, do theynormally sent an ack. for G-28?

I have been waiting too since March 12th!!!

I cannot help wondering whether this is an error or a RFE was INDEED issued.

Should I contact national service center to find out or should I wait for another couple of days?
