RFE not received for more then a month now

Hi
there was an RFE on my 485 application, which went to lawyer, but he never received it, because he moved and forgot the update the address with USCIS (Do the lawyer have to update the address)
Since then he updated the address 15 days ago, but still no RFE, each time i call they say it will be mailed out in 2 weeks,
how long does it take to receive RFE after it is reported as not received?

Can i track down what happened to this RFE, is the lawyer playing games?

Its very unfortunate that even lawyer changed address and didn't update USCIS.
In my case, I changed address and sent AR-11 but that didn't update I-485 file, apparently one needs to call and update address on I-485 or any other file. The RFE went to my lawyer and my copy returned back to USCIS, I called USCIS and ask to re-send it, its been more than 30 days since I called them, so far haven't recieved anything. (RFE response window has expired long back)

But in my case, my attorney had a copy, which I was able to get and submit with required evidence to USCIS. The RFE response window was very small ( only 42 days from the date of RFE issue date, it took 15 days for me to see the content of RFE) but I did manage to repond with the help of my lawyer.

Good luck!!!! and try contacting 'Immigration Officer' when you call USCIS number, if you explain that your case may get denied because of delay in gettting RFE, they will connect you to someone who could do little more than just telling you to wait for 30-60 days or whatever.

Your signature indicates that you got a medical RFE in july and u sent it back in August. Do u remember by any chance the address you have sent this RFE to in USCIS. i have the same RFE and when i send the medicals to them it says undeliverable address......Thanx for your input...
