RFE not recd. Suggestions required.

Here is my situation:
On April 20th I got an e-mail that RFE has been issued for my wife and daughter. I immediately started following up with my lawyer thru my company. On April 26th I got an RFE for my case. The lawyer received the letter on April 28th and I started working on it immediately. I have given my lawyers the reqd. documentation for him to file an reply to RFE. However I never received any letter from INS for my daughters and wife cases. I called the 800 number, and they told me to wait for 30 days before they can do anything. On may 20th I called them again and they told they will ask the Service Center to send a copy of the RFE.

I have not received anything from them yet. I am a bit worried. What are my options. I am been asking my lawyer daily. I dont whether really an RFE was issued or not in the first place. Any ideas. Please help.

Keep pressuring your lawyer to follow up the case (because he/she is has been paid for the case). The RFE goes to lawyers address. Either USCIS messed up, or mailman/USPS messed up, or your lawyers office messed up (it happens when the law firm is big - right mail does reach right person in right time).
One good thing about your case, you got your RFE on time and replied on time. As your are the principal applicant, you getting approval is the most important thing. Sooner or later your spouce + child will get approval too. Don't worry about them.
