My attorney hasnt received my I-140 RFE and its been more than 16 days since it was generated. There are 2 more people in this forum with the same problem as mine :-(
Attorney called INS yesterday to resend the RFE. How long will it take to get the RFE? The INS customer rep says it can take upto 30 days. Will it really take that long?
If anyone has been thro a similar experience, please let us know.
Every day is like living in hell since we know there is a RFE out there, but not knowing what it is !!
