HI there:
I got my green card, but my wife didn't because by the time we submitted the medical exams she was pregnant and could not have the vaccines.
USCIS sent the RFE on 06/20/07 and until now my lawyer has not received it, even the second copy they asked has not yet been delivered.
Since I know the RFE may be related to her vaccinations, I was wondering if I could (by myself) send the vaccines now along with a Cover letter, referring to her Receipt Number and a copy of my son's birth certificate to USCIS?
Does anybody know whether they'll accept this or any impact to the case this may cause?
The lawyer cannot tell whether the RFE will expire, but is gathering all faxes and requests they put for a new RFE copy to try to fight it in the future in case it expires.
