RFE-Normal time to receive by a lawyer

My actual date of RFE was Apr 24(not 23rd as I mentioned before). I called around 4:30pm and message was there on 24th.
One thing I can say from all these discussions is that the AVM update on RFE and also timely sending of the RFE depends on the officer who\'s handling your case.

WHen teh AVM says "A request was mailed on ..", that date is
just the notice date on your RFE. It does not mean it was mailed
on that day. The AVM said my RFE was mailed on the 9th of APril
but my lawyer did not get it until the 23rd of APril. So, wait for
at least 2 weeks, then call the INS.
