RFE- no FP- NC cleared

My case was pending because of Namecheck. Last monday i got RFE.
In Infopass appt i came to know that my name check is cleared on April 26.
I forgotten to ask in infopass that i didnot receive FP notice.
Generally when will be RFE issued ? before FP or after FP

My case transferred from VSC to TSC in march 2007 and i have not received any FP when many got it after the transfer.
I gave my first FP in Feb 2006 and again 2nd in nov 2006 .
Will USCIS send 3rd FP notice after receiving my RFE..???

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Your FP is not expired. You are OK to go. Btw, what was the RFE about?
