Hi,
My AOS has been pending at the NSC since April 2005, in Jan 06 I received a letter telling me that my case has been trasnferred to TSC. A couple of days later Jan 27, 2006 I received an update online telling me that they sent me a RFE. Plenty of time has passed and I have not received the RFE.
I called several times to the 800# but everytime I call they tell me something different. 1. to wait 30 days, 2. My lawyer should inquire 3. I need to send a letter to TSC.
Finally my lawyer did a liaison inquiry, because when he called the 800# they refused to provide him with info about my case since the G-28 was never logged in TSC. It was on records at the NSC (the lawyer received the initial filling receipt)
I think that the reason that the lawyer never received the RFE was because the G-28 wasnt logged into the system. But if that was the case why did I receive it?
I dont know what is going to happen now... I dont know what is that liaison and if it is very effective....
Does anybody has any experiences similar like mine? waht was the resolution?
