RFE never came!

I am not sure what to do about this. RFE was issued on 04/12 but my lawyer never got it to this day, seems like they tried to send it to me but i never received it either.I wonder if anyone had this kind of experience of not receiving the RFE when issued and what you have done about it.

I will be asking my lawyer to call TSC next week and ask them if they can tell them what the RFE is about so i can send the documents even without a notice? not sure, this is starting to worry me... :confused:

Hi:

i had the same problem and ALIA had to come to helped me and today lawyer called me that they have received (New Cppy) of the RFE which INS sent on jan. 25th.

Did you get in contact with AILA directly yourself or your lawyer did? I called my lawyer and i don't know what the problem is, afraid to call them??? but they said they will call sometime this week :mad:

I called 1800 today and the lady said my lawyer has to call them because apparently the address is wrong and they have to talk to the officer so he can resend it...

Only thru the lawyer.
 
Hi:

Your lawyer can only do this.
Its a very easy process ask him to call and they (AILA) will start inquiry on your behalf.

Interesting...What if he is not in any way associated with AILA? Yesterday i called 1800 just to ask a question and they said my lawyer would have to do it, change the address...then, i got an email from USCIS saying:

we responded to your request for more information concerning your case.bla bla bla...

Is that an inquiry that i just did? I hope not, because my lawyer said he would be calling them this week, i hope i did not mess things up calling USCIS!
