RFE - Need Help

Received my RFE letter today from attorney, issued few days ago


Employment letter

2 months Pay stubs

2 year tax return

2 year w-2


But my w2 shows less salary than the my LCA(I129) , about 10k.
Is this going to be a problem ?Did anyone got apporval in this situation.

Dear Rao, 07/11/03

In my case they asked 6 pay periods, pay stub and
letter from Employer. I submitted those. Your LCA, pay
is for employment on permanent basis, not necessarily
the employer should pay, that much at this point of time.

Go ahead, submit whatever they ask, god will help you.

Good luck. Please be informed that myself and my wife got
approved and got stamped also.

LCA is for H1, LC is for GC.
Double check with what is stated in the LC.

I am talking about LCA(I129) which is for H1.
At this point of time W2 reflects the LCA.
