RFE Medical

My wife got RFE as form I 693 doesn't seem to have her signature on it. They have asked us to send new original 693. Should she get her medical done agian or get a new form of 693 with all the data from her original medical done ( two years ago)?


Please advise..

My suggestion is asking the same physian to give another copy with signature and same file number mentioned on the i-693 form.

OCT'02, i think savior1 is right you should goto the same doctor and get a new form filled...
