RFE - Medical - TB test - I-693

Hi,

I got the rfe for my daughter which says that "The civil surgeon failed to document why you did not receive the skin test" along with ONLY THE CIVIL SURGEON SHOULD OPEN THE SEALED ENVELOPE".

I did the medical few years back in state A, now I live in state B. Can I go to any civil surgeon in state B with the "sealed" envelope.


Please help.

WHO is responsible for "not doing the right job" for the amount I have paid for the medical (Surgeon or USICIS - changed law later? ) ?

Updated TB Test

Your original doctor most probably did everything by the book.

The RFE is issued b/c the rules re TB changed and the new rules need a few more answers, that's all.
Just go to your civil surgeon, they should know what to do. It involves skin test and x-ray if needed, nothing big.
