RFE "Lost" ?????

Anybody had a situation where the RFE issued was "lost" and did not reach the lawyer ?

I've heard that someone did not receive his RFE and USCIS reissued the 2nd RFE after due date. You or your lawyer should be able to check with USCIS after 14 days it has been issued. Good Luck
 
Thanks Vcorcl .. My wife checked after 1 month of the RFE issue date and they said that "an alert has been raised" the day she called. Nothing was said about re-issuance. They even did not entertain enquiries after 14 days. They said that the message which says to enquire after 14 days is "WRONG" :eek:

I will tell her to waste another 60 minutes on Monday. :D
 
Think of doing in writing and ask your lawyer to follow at least that is what one pays that much of money to them. Good luck
