RFE letter not yet received?

Hi friends,

I have not received my RFE letter till now. Its going to be 10 days. And who will receive it?- me or my attorney? I called my attorney, but in vein. No response from them. My BP is up now without knowing the reason for RFE.
Anybody in same situation. Pls share your inputs..

And No LUD changes in I-131 also..

I had the same situation. Dont wait too long.

Call the Customer service and tell them that you inquired with post office/man and the leasing office.

They should be able to resend. If they ask to wait for 30 days, hang up and call back again. It worked for me.

I did not receive my RFE letter yet. Its going to be 13 days... :( But I received my FP notice in 3days from TSC.I called TSC and I was told to wait for 30 days..I called my attorney aso..but no use..Anyone in similar situation.. pls..
 
ravinka....we understand your frustration with these screwed up gov agencies.....sorry, but there are only two options 1) you wait for 30 days and then call them.......(2) keep calling them till you get to an friendly cust serv rep....who may help you out..

i would have preferred to divert my mind to something else....and go for option 1 ....most of the times they are not consistant with response time (for mailing they can take 3-40 days....)

R u the primary ? or dependent? My wife also got RFE and the funny part is that your and my wifes ND is almost close (a day apart) and also have got RFE on EAD. The RFE was about her not having any approved I-140 or pending I-485 which was completely wrong. She is dependent and my attorney had attached my documents and all other things required. We got our RFE last Friday although I had seen LUD on 20th of this month but no change in the message which also shows that you can not depend on the web status. The letter had post date of 24th so I would say that try calling your attorney and check with them or also call USCIS.We have replied to RFE on saturday and will update you of any progress.

Just now I called TSC and a nice lady answered for my questions..I was told that the FRE letter sent to my attorney office on Oct 17. She told me to ask with my attorney..

Let us see what it will be..
