Received RFE on 05/20/2004, Requesting the following:
1). Letter from the prospective employer who filed your I-140 stating their continued intrest to hire you, job responsibilities nad the remuneration.
2). W2s and Tax returns for the last two years.
The following are my case details:
I- 140 Approved - June 2002
485 RD Jult 5th 2002.
within a day or two of filing the 485, my company laid off all the three employees (it had 3ees plus two owners) and I was waiting with the hope that the company would get some funding from ther VCs and would re-call us back. However after waiting for over 7 months from the date of RD of -I485 got an offer with State IT Department and still working there.
I am confused and worried as how strong my AC21 case would be as I did not work after filing 485, though my intention was to work for them .
Any thoughts and suggestions as how to proceed would be helpful and appreciated.
