RFE issued but not sent and then transferred to an officer
I had RFE issued 20 days go according to the web site . I called 1 week later to ask if I should expect a copy or if only my attorney will get a copy. They said only attorney and that they have mailed 1 week ago. I thanked and the call ended. last weeks since 14 days was passed my attorney called them to see what was the RFE about they told my attorney that someone called to inquire about the cse and that it got transferred to another officer. THat they did not issue the letter and they will( tiem not specified).
This is news to me that they said they issuied it and now I have been told that it is transferred to another officer. I am honest , law abiding person with all the right documentand clean background. Does anyone know why they might not have send the letter 1 week after saying they issued and then transferred it becasue I asked whther if I would get a copy or if they can tell me what documents I would need to send them..
