WAC 01275xxxx (RFE Issued to for Employment verification letter)
Issued on Apr16th, NO AVM update, Stupid lawyer did not bother to let
me know until I called INS yesterday to find out that it was issued more than 3 weeks back. I am sending it asap and hoping my case gets approved in another 2-3 weeks.

Sorry to hear that! Any way on the brighter side most probably your approval is just few days away. I know it is better to get approval rather than RFE but may be RFE is better compared to others who\'s case is not yet assigned!

Can you please share your FPScheduled and Done dates and FPScheduled location for tracking purposes?
