If I remember correctly your RD was 11/14/01 same as mine..Is that correct? Did you mention that you had VSC about your case? If so can you please reiterate what they said? If you have received an RFE atleat some one has looked at your file and once you respond the approval should be fairly quick

Could the RFE be becuase of your FP expiring?

I hope it happens soon. The voicemail says that they have requested additional evidence. So I am pretty sure it is not fingerprinting. When I had called the BCIS two weeks ago, they said my case was pending but my lawyers confirmed that it was assigned with an officer.
 
Well Good Luck... I am sure that once you respond to the RFE your case will be approved within a month. You also do not need to worry about getting another set of FP. Once the case is assigned to the officer they do not ask for new FPs (this is as per the IIO I spoke to on Monday)...In my case I may have to get another set of FPs as my case has not been assigned to an officer yet......:(
 
Dude, I wouldn't worry about getting second FP. Yours is not expired as yet. I really think you should be Okay. My finger prints were done on January 29, 01.
