My Attorney\'s legal assistant called IIO and was told that I have been issued an RFE.
Here are my details.
RD 04/00 EB2 RIR
I am just hoping that RFE is for simple pay stubs and stuff.
Also my EAD is due to expire 07/11. Checked on the renewal application. AVM says VSC received it on 05/25/01, whereas the attorney had said that VSC received it on 04/20/01. Will there be a time difference between the time of their physical receipt vs the Receipt Date.
Appreciate any info that you might have.
