RFE issued WAC-020-70-xxx...for both me and my wife...Web message changed.

Only concern i have is why did they issue rfe for both me and
my wife.?

On February 26, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Dont worry about spouse RFE, for us it was medicals and photos for spouse, we replied and got approval in two weeks from RFE mailed.

Good luck, looks like your GC journey is coming to an end.

It should be for Medical or Photos. Did you skip any medical tests for your spouse?

Be ready with the regular documentation (pay stubs, tax papers etc.,), You will get your approval soon.
 
I think that's fine.

For my case, although my husband is primary applicant, we both got RFE notice.

My RFE includes: official transcript, F-1 status evidence, etc
because I'm a F-1 student when we file GC application.
 
Congratulations! :) higher chances of getting approved in the near future.

Reply to the RFE ASAP! And keep a bottle of champagne on ice! :)
