RFE Issued - RD: 12/26, FP: 03/14 - Redo FP?

On 06/09, RFE was issued on my husband's case (primary applicant). Do not know the details yet. Our FP expires on 06/14.

What do you guys think? Would we have to redo FP?

Nope. get approval soon

If they touched your case. they won't call you for FP

It seems like someone in BCIS has picked up the stack of 12/26 RD applications and started issuing RFE's. Even I got one today. I don't think you have to worry about fingerprinting. I am yet to see a person who having gotten a RFE was asked to go through fingerprinting again. Chinta Karu Naka.

Yeah. I am Dec 26, 2001 RD and got RFE yesterday.

I got the 2nd FP notice. I got the RFE before 1st FP expired, but replied after it expired. Got 2nd FP notice last Friday.

Replied May 5 2003, INS updated on May 7 2003.
2nd FP notice received Jun 6 2003.
