Dear Gentlemen/Gentle women,
As per on-line, RFE has been issued on my case today, 02-July-2003:
"On July 2, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."

Mine is EB2 case, EAC-02-065-53xxx.

No change on my wife's case, same RD/ND, on-line message: "On March...Fingur print...". This is the 1st fingur print.
 
If U have an RFE, and spouse isn't ...It could be Employment Related.
Pls keep us updated

FP Date: 14-Mar-2002, This is 1st finger print.
Might get Medical RFE on my wife's case since she could not take vaccines due to pregnency at the time of filing. Should wait and see.
 
I got RFE too!!!!

Even they generated RFE for my case on July 2nd. My Wife case is fine. Our NDs are same. It seems both of our applications assigned to the same officer. He is issuing series of RFE. I am expecting it should be for my pay stubs etc...,, Some times BCIS works in mysterious way. I haven't changed employer past 6 years.
