No change in AVM for wife\'s case.

AVM says "Sep 27th, sent a mail requesting more information ......", for both my case and my wife\'s case. My son\'s case is not changed ...

Where do they send the letter? To us or lawyer?
How many days usually it takes to receive?

to attorney they mail the rfe.

Generally Attorney gets the RFE. It takes a week to reach to attorney.

RFE details

My lawyer received RFE yesterday for both myself and for my wife.

They requested for G-325A information for both of us. Actually I sent that information with my I-485 application. I don\'t know why they asked for that information again. Doesn\'t make any sense ... It seems like INS just wanted to delay it for no reason ... Any thoughts ...
