RFE issued on RD 01/28 Case

FP1 05/12/02

no FP2 yet, issued RFE on 09/23/2003 - Don't know the reason yet. I think its medical as my wife's medical was not complete and I also had to take a vaccine.

Shouldn't I be recieving an FP2 notice?? or still then can issue me
and FP2? Just estimating that once I reply for RFE how much time can I expect?
 
You are asking questions no body knows the answers.

In case my RFE was generated on June 02 and FP2 is issued on July 05. I don't think they are inter-related.
