RFE Issued on or around Nov 22nd -- please reply

Anyone who has got an RFE on or around Nov 22rd and have not yet received the RFE -- please respond...My lawyers have not yet received the RFE and I called this morning and asked the IIO to resend the RFE. The IIO told me that they would not send me a copy...

Have other's experienced this delay? Also how long do we have to respond to these RFEs???

My RFE was mailed by INS on Nov 22nd too. I did not get it for a whole week. My lawyer got it last week (2nd) and faxed it to me only on 2nd of december. I have sent all the documents back to lawyer last friday and the lawyer has recieved it on monday. Hopefully they will send it out this week.
