I just checked online. It says RFE has been issued on mine and my wife's case. This is so frustrating.

My case is failry simple. Have been with the same company for last 3 yrs. Working on EAD now.

God help me.

Hi,
I do not see any reason for frustration. If your case is simple and straightforward, you might have to just send them some pay stubs and tax forms.
Unless and unitl you have something fishy, these RFE's are normal routine.
 
Cheer up, you don't have anything to worry about - it is likely to be a marriage certificate or medicals (since your wife has been included). Good thing is, your case has been picked up and as soon you send the docs in , you should hear in a month or so (going by recent trends).
 
Don't worry Amit, reply to the RFE as quickly as possible and most probably your case would be approved within 30 days after BCIS receives it. Since your is a normal case without any job changes using AC21 i don't see any problem Get ready for the countdown to start for the approval
 
Even I got an RFE on March 20th, for EMP Letter, Tax returns..
INS recieved it on 22nd April and waiting for approval. Looking at the current trend, I have seen 2 to 3 weeks max for approval once INS recieves. Just respond ASAP...Dont waste time like me
