Finally something happened.

RFE issued for me Oct 31st. Will wait and see.

Wife's message does not say RFE issued.

ND - 11/09

You have company. RFE issued for me. But my wife and daughter has the same status.
 
RFE..

I heard that if only one person has RFE in the family it will be for employment or personal related like birth certificate.

I am following your case closely because you appear to be a VSC filer from Kansas City - I did not see VSC picking up Kansas City Cases for a while and was glad to know that they processed yours - I think your RFE should be just a matter of time.

Please confirm
1. Whether you applied from KC
2. Please let us know what the RFE says when you know the details.
3. Also did you apply for EAD renewal/AP renewal? - I heard that it triggers VSC processing?

I still dont know what my RFE says. I did apply from KC

Did not renew my EAD since I have valid visa.

I applied for parole today after the RFE since I need to go to India.
