I just checked my message. RFE has been issued,details in RFE letter, should receive within 14 days, etc.

EB3 india , PD june 98, RD 1/4/00, ND 1/25/00
FP sched 3/13/01 FP done 3/1/01.
1 H1b, no job change, no change in company name, No geographical change.
Guess why RFE ?. Wait for few days.

Wow, VSC is moving really fast. My details are similar to you, well almost. (EB3, PD 6/98, ND 2/00, FP 3/01) Hope we all hear something soon. Please post RFE details when you receive. Good luck to you!

Just curious, Does this in anyway indicate that we are going to see PD movement beyond 6/98 in May 2001 for EB3...a thought!

I know few EB3 guys got RFEs 6 months back and their PD became current in this month. Just hope this will not happen in our case !!!!.

My company HR lady said, they have received many requests for employment letter from INS. It looks like INS wants to make sure applicant is still hanging (without a pay hike in last 2 years).
