RFE issued on June 13 2003; have to receive the notice.
PD: Feb 2001.
India EB3, Atlanta.

My wife is the primary applicant. She was without a job for more than 6 months in 2002. She has been working for the past six months, but with a different employer. The RFE was issued on her case only.

When we had the medical, she was nursing and she did not have all the vaccinations done. Since I did not get the RFE, I am not sure if it is for medical or for employment verification.

Will post you the details after I receive the notice.
 
Fed up with checking the online status every hour. Did not check the status since morning. Checked only at 4:00 PM.

If the RFE is for medical it might be a problem as my wife is pregnant again. But I think it might be mostly employment related.
 
I don't know if you want RFE for employment history. She was without job for 6 months before.
Rather Birth cerfiticate stuff.........

Have you ever called IIO, do you know when your case was assigned?

I obviously do not wish an RFE for employment history. But BCIS doesn't care what I want :-). Never called BCIS, so don't know when my case was assigned.

RFE replied

RFE was for employment letter & two months pay stubs. RFE received around June 20th timeframe. RFE replied around June 28 timeframe.
 
I didnt realize that my FP expired on June 14. Thanks for letting me know about it. Now I got another problem to deal with. Haven't yet received anything about the reFP.
