Just heard on the AVM that an RFE was issued for my case. Don\'t know the details of the RFE. Will post them as soon as I receive the letter.

RFE issued for RD 11/16/00, ND 12/06/00 today on 10/15/01

Can any one tell how long it takes for the RFE to reach the lawyer ??
An RFE has been issued for my case on Oct\'15. It still hasn\'t reached my lawyer.

It is supposed to take 14 days - see message details
It can take up to 14 days for lawyer to receive the RFE. If your lawyer does not receive it in 14 days, call VSC back. Mailing of the RFE may be delayed due to recent mailroom shutdown and related problems.
Realize that you have 12 weeks or 3 months to respond to the RFE. Also, after you respond to RFE, sometimes VSC does not acknowledge receipt of the response for up to 2 months. If you don\'t respond in 12 weeks, you may be issued intent to deny notice.
Put simply, call VSC, call lawyer if you don\'t receive RFE.

1) Employment letter
2) Earning statements for the last two months
3) Tax returns and W2 forms for the last two years.
I have a question regarding this. Anyone please answer.
The notice date of the RFE is 10/15. Does Earning statements for last two months mean , pay stubs for two months before 10/15 or pay stubs for two months before I submit the reply to the RFE ???.
Please help. I need to know this urgently.
