ND: May 2001
FP: Jan 2003

No RFE for my wife. We filed I485 separately.

Hope our long wait will end soon !

Whether it makes any difference if we request FPs manually that triggers RFEs? Someone could clarify on this. - Thanks

I don;t think so.

When TSC feels they are missing some information, they issue an RFE. Sometimes, it could be even for just a current employment letter to make sure that you are still employed.

So, just wait ans check what the RFE is all about. Don;t worry.

No manual FP request

I did call in Dec. 2000 before my FP was scheduled. But I am not sure if my call affected my FP in any way.
