RFE issued by Officer 374 regarding SR, any Experince?

Officer # 374 issued me RFE regarding Special Registration. Its so frustrating, they issued me same RFE for I-765 about 6 months ago. Don't they have some kind of database where they can pull the history of the case? Looks like they do it intentionally. They could have asked me for EVL, Pay stub, w2 etc, but why again the same thing?
Secondly, I applied for my AP back in December 2003, they transferred it to Atlanta local office on June 15th and so far I have not heard any news on that.
Any expericne with Officer 374

I understand how u feel, the system is unpredictable.... here is example... I am not sure if you are reguler surfer of this fourm... once ... I believe many... ppl shared that the USCIS lost their files....yes the complete file and even they couldn't generate from their DB too.. so... the guy was asked to reproduce or send the copy of what he filled.... fortunately he did have the copy of his 495 ... (what if he didn't have that?????) he got approval later.
if you compare ur case with that you will find urself lucky...and many ppl are since May-2002 are waiting for FP...?? and they are begin panic what their case either missing or.... his file is sitting waiting to become some snack for Official termites... :D
Think in this way If I were you I would be thankful to God that case is active on someone desk... :D .....


so its common. and second is the officer have to follow the procedure.... may be he didn't see any issue in 485 except he noticed that SR- catagery is applied on ur pettition.... and he just send single info in one RFE to make YOUR LIFE EASY. just pull last week threads in this fourms ppl received. not only SR proof + they received many doc and strangely one person also receive his "Primary School REcord" :D :D check out the last week thread about primary school record +SR ++++++



Just be patient... :D as we all are... send tem docs what they asked. if you have any difficulty ask us.

would u like to share us the RD/ND of 485 and 140 info. are you concurrent filler , when did u get FP done?.

3EAD, 3AP, still waiting for 3rd AP which was filed back on December 5, 2003. They transfered my AP case to Atlanta office on June 16th and since then I have not heard anything.
I am not worry about AP anymore, Inshallah my I-485 will be approved beofre that.
 
My friend in Dallas for got an RFE - SR for his wife....he replied back with a printout from the INS website which state that SR is for males and not females....got his GC about a month after that..
