Finaly some movement in my case....
My question is an interview posible after the RFE issued or not?

1- Company letter
2- 6 months Pay stubs
3- Last year Fedral Tax return

my RD is 11/6/2001

No way

If you send all required documents, it won't go to local office. In case they are not satified with your response, then they may send another RFE or send it to the local office.

Don't worry.

I think your response will be satisfied except company letter. does your RFE list each information your employment letter must mention?
 
Internet does dot reflect that... it is still "On February 4 we received your finger print results, It is taking Forever to precess this kind of..." Is that normal ...
THe RFE was 2 weeks back...
Can someone please confirm

don't worry,
the on-line status won't be updated sometimes. i did not realize I get an rfe untill I saw the mail from the lawyer.


but once your rfe response is received, the on-line status will be updated.
