ND - 04/23/2002
FP Received - Feb 2003
RFE issued - 04/14/2004

Did you receive the RFE yet or has the status just changed today.

Hope its simple as paystubs, and taxes and EVL.

I am the same as Cassiopeia on msn. It is very encouraging, I don't know how many more months now...

My FP was done and received on Feb-03-2003 last year. Its going to expire very soon. I hope they approve my case before the expiry of my FP.
 
changed residence

I moved residences out of state and back to Texas. But I never changed my employer.
 
Oh Cass,
You are so lucky! My N/D is 4/12/02 and there is no sign of any status change. I think most of the April 02 filers are with me. I believe in your case, the FP date played an important role. But last year, even for the FP, they scheduled them radomly. So I have to say you are really lucky!
Please keep up posted for the RFE. Wish you good luck and get the approval soon.
