My RFE was issued 2 weeks back and I have already replied to it. They asked for 2 months paystub.
I currently have an EAD and advance parole. My current project gets over mid june and if I get laid off can I work as a consultant for short term assignments/projects and not as a full time permanent employee for any company and still keep my GC process going?
