RFE Issued and Replied, Wait Again?

Hi,

I received an RFE earlier this month and my attorney has replied promptly (already received by NSC).

What the experience been in term of getting the approval (time frame) after the RFE has been responded to. The online message says less than the max (which is 480 days). So do I have wait that long again!

Some folks have their cases approved (after RFE received by BCIS) as fast as 4 days up to 6 months or more.

Depends on which IIO is working on your case. To me, it's seems like the IIO may be pulling names out of fish bowl to see whose cases they will work on next. Again BCIS has no logic. Just got to be patient and wait. Hang in there, dudde.

I responded to my RFE about employment verification and B.C. almost two months ago which INS received on May 7, 2003. According to the INS rep, my case hasn't been assigned to an officer yet. No reason was given as to why it hasn't been assigned yet. I am a Special Registrant and maybe they were waiting to see if I have registered or not..............................
