Employer letter
2000/2001 Federal IT returns
Paystubs for past 1 month.


Been with the same employer for the past 6 years after I graduated on F1.
 
Telecomguy,
If you don't mind, could you tell us if your employer is one of the big telecom companies who are in trouble? I'm asking to find out if articles in the media also drive RFEs.

i've also received RFE on the same day

and i also work for a telecom company
there are two huge nort american companies (used to be huge), one laid of a bit more then the other. I'm working for "the other". If you are in telecom you know what company i'm talking about :) ok, one more hint . . . first product my company came up with was . . . REFRIGIRATOR :)
RFE requested two last years of tax returns and W2s. I guess they can't believe their eyes when my company files paperwork saying they can still afford me :) i can hardly believe it myself. but it's true!
I'll let you guys know what happens.
I've sent papers to my attorney yesterday.
He is going to respond to the RFE soon. (he is pretty good).
 
Is the Payslip for ONLY ONE Month or was it a typing mistake

.. generally INS Asks for 3 months of Paystubs.
