RFE issue - what to do?

Friends: Online status says RFE was sent May 6th. Company lawyer hasn't given update on whether they received it or not. Today is the 20th - exactly 14 days since RFE was sent? What can I do? Tried contacting lawyer, they haven't responded yet. Called customer service to ask what the RFE is for, they said it is against law for them to give information over the phone! What can I do, I know that the sooner you respond to RFE that faster your processing goes. Any suggestions?

Dont worry. You'll get it. There is nothing you can do within the first 30 days. Have you donr second FP? is the first one expired?
