RFE issue Kiran and others pls help

Sent RFE on 2/21. As per courier INS recd on 2/22. But the system is not updated and when I called INS the IIO said it is still not in the system. Is that possible.
Pls help

I called INS and they say it is not recd by them and they it could be still in the mail room.

There are 2 things. One is it depends on when you called them. Give them a week to acknowledge it after the courier delivered the letter. The other one is to make sure that the ORIGINAL RFE NOTICE was included along-with the requested information....
