Hi,
An RFE was issued on my I-485 on April 19th, 04. I did not receive it till date. I called the customer service center yesterday and the lady just reads whatever was on the computer and she says she doesn't have access to my information no more than that.
I dont know why they have those customer service poeple who cant even have access to my address and tell me where the RFE was sent to.
Can any one help as to how to follow up on this case. By this monday 14 days waiting period will be over
