Apparently INS is asking for chest X-ray for me. Doctor screwed up.Anyone knows any complications from this. Asa far as I know as per my attorney. It is very simple, I go back to the doctor , ask him again and get a X-Ray and submit it to the INS.

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Can you please post u r case details and what kinda RFE INS issued?? Then you can get specific suggestions.
 
I think it is related to your Tuberculosis examination.
Did you have any reaction to TB skin test ?
 
I dont know exact wording of the RFE

But when I spoke to the lawyer she read it out to me and said that INS wants me to take a X-Ray. ABout my case details

I had a slight reaction I think and when asked doctor said I don't have to go for a X-Ray or anything and said all is okay. INS does not think so, obviously.

Becoz of the slight reaction, though doctor thought you don't need an X-Ray he might've mentioned the mm of reaction and INS decided to ask for chest x-ray to make sure you don't have TB at all.
Get the X-Ray done and mail the results signed by Doc.

It is likely related to the results of the Tuberculosis skin test (on your underarm). If you were vacinated as a kid you will show a slight skin reaction; however, as a precaution the INS requires an x-ray to be sure that the skin reaction is due to the vaccination not an infection if the reaction is more than 0.5mm (or something like that).

It is good to hear that the RFE was not for tax returns, employer letter and the like. I started to think that the INS will raise the bar by issuing more and more RFEs like that.
 
I was glad too

that the RFE is not for anythig else. I was anxious all these days after readin the online message. My lawyers are very good. They do very good documentation. I am glad and hope there are no other surprises at a later stage and I hope this is final. Mena to say once I submit this they will not ask for anything else. Have gusy heard anythig like that?
 
When I did my medical test the DR said i have reaction(not only to me 10 out 10 people on that day). After he took the X-ray he not even see the X-Ray simply throw into dust bin.
