RFE INS fee

I have got RFE from INS recently and my attorney asked
my employer to pay $1,000 application fee to INS. Is
it true that INS requires $1,000 process fee for RFE
cases?

Thank you very much for your information and I appreciate
any information on this issue since I can not trust what
my attorney says...
 
there is no fee for RFE.

I think your lawyer is sending the application by Premium processing
 
maybe your RFE is about the $1000 fee.

Maybe by mistake your lawyer did not send in the $1000 the first time when application was mailed for the first time.

The total H1 app fee these days is $1000 + $110.

RFE itself has no fee.

Thank you guys,

I am getting more anxious about my attorney now.
$1110 was already paid when the first petition was
filed and I think it is not premium filing since
it has been long time since filing for RFE was
done...
