RFE info on AVM

Anybody with RFE,

Does INS give out the RFE date on the AVM if an RFE is issued on a case?
My wife's H1 ext was applied in April 15, 2002 but the lawyer had made a mistake and we are sure to get an RFE. But till now there is no update on AVM about the RFE.
