I have been working in the US for the past 2.75 yrs on an intra company transfer visa and my new employer filed for a H1B thru the premium processing channel in mid August. All documents incl paystubs were submitted and I also have 9 yrs of work experience in total + BA + MBA
We received a RFE stating the following: complete description of the job + time spent on each activity + copies of degree certificates. The attorney submitted a reply in early sept. We haven't yet received any decision. I am now getting worried and my questions are:
1. Is this wait normal even in premium processing?
2. Is asking for RFE common even in premium processing?
3. On what grounds can a H1B application be denied?
4. What kind of options are open to file a new H1B with a new employer in case this one is denied?
Can someone let me know..
