I got RFE .. havn't received yet (I am expecting last 2 years of W2 and latest paystub)

Last year (2003) My W2 wages is less than what is specified on the H1 Labor. It's not because of low salary or something. Its because I went to India for 2 month without pay.

This years paystub are above the H1 LCA .

Anybody in this situation?? please help

You are absolutely fine. LC salary is for future employment. Your 2003 salary doesn't have to be exactly same as LC.

GC LC salary is for future employment but H1 labor is for current employment

Should not be an issue. Your unpaid vacation explains all (if it is required to be explained at all...to the adjucator).
